Job Seeker Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the website, mobile applications, and services provided under the brand Wynk Jobs, a unit of Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP (LLPIN: AAM-9202) ("Wynk Jobs", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform as a Job Seeker, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform means the Wynk Jobs website, mobile applications, and related services.
• Job Seeker means any individual who registers on the Platform to search for jobs, upload resumes, or apply for job opportunities.
• Employer means companies, recruiters, consultancies, or organizations registered on the Platform to post jobs or access resumes.
• Content includes resumes, profile details, job applications, messages, and any other information submitted by users.

2. Eligibility

You must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be legally competent to enter into a binding contract; and (c) provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.

3. Nature of Services

Wynk Jobs is a technology-based employment marketplace that enables Job Seekers to create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for job opportunities. Resumes are visible only to registered Employers (not publicly searchable).

Wynk Jobs is not a recruitment agency, employment guarantee provider, or placement consultant.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may maintain only one Job Seeker account.

5. Resume & Profile Information

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your resume and personal information.

5.2 License to Wynk Jobs

By uploading Content, you grant Wynk Jobs a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to store, display, process, and share your resume only with registered Employers for recruitment purposes.

5.3 Visibility

• Resumes are not publicly searchable.
• Resume visibility is restricted to registered/verified Employers.
• Wynk Jobs does not sell resumes to third parties.

6. Consent to Share Information

By using the Platform, you consent to sharing your resume/profile with Employers when you apply for jobs or enable visibility. Employers may contact you regarding job opportunities. Wynk Jobs is not responsible for Employer actions once your information is accessed lawfully.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree all information provided is true and up to date and that you will not impersonate another individual. False information may result in immediate account termination.

8. Job Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, interview, or employment. Hiring decisions are solely between you and the Employer.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not upload fraudulent information, harass others, scrape platform data, upload malware, or use bots/scripts. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

10. Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Contact & Grievance Redressal
